A kit of parts to increase the 200 Tdi engines capacity to 2785cc from 2495cc.
Based around many of the International HS2.8 internal parts, this kit increases the cubic capacity of the 200Tdi from 2.5 litres to 2.8 litres. This is achieved by increasing the bore and stroke, HS 2.8 – 93mm bore and 102.5mm stroke. ‘200’ Tdi – 90.47mm bore and 97mm stroke.
The crankshaft utilised in this kit is a HS 2.8 crankshaft with it’s nose machined to 200Tdi specifications. With the crankshaft nose modified, it allows the 200tdi timing pulley and front pulley to be fitted as normal.

Please note the price of Kit 175 is inclusive of a charge for 2.8L crankshaft nose machining (this is not required for kit 170, 300Tdi version).
Performance: The performance figures stated below are achievable with an engine in good condition, a correctly set fuel injection pump, a suitable exhaust and aircleaner system.
