We have a vast knowledge of national and international shipping. We work directly with couriers, however we also have a good relationships with freight brokers. This allows us to achieve a high standard of worldwide service and competitive rates.
For overseas parcels, we use FedEx international air freight.
Shipping costs are based on the country you reside in, the weight and dimensions of the product being purchased.
For engine crates and larger items, the cost and means of freight will be quoted directly to you via email. This could be via land, sea or air freight.
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on the delivery address provided.
Average Dispatch Times:
- All parts and kits showing in stock on our website: 1-2 working days.
- Engines able to be purchased through our website: 1-5 working days.
- For specialised engines, which are unable to be purchased through our website, and require contact with ourselves to order, a specific lead time will be quoted to you in our initial contact.
Typical Transit Times:
- UK parcels – sent with FedEx next day delivery service (for parcels weighing 1Kg or less, Royal Mail tracked delivery will be used)
- International parcels sent with FedEx are 2-10 days delivery time post dispatch from our workshop. The time period of transit depends on your country of residence, for example:
- Europe & North America – Typically less than 5 days
- Australia – Typically less than 7 days
- Africa, Asia & South America – Typically 7+ days
Tax information:
- All UK sales are subject to UK VAT at 20%.
- For overseas sales, UK VAT is not applied, however you will be charged upon import by the courier at your local VAT rate and for any customs or duty charges in your country of residence.
Customers are welcome to collect products directly from our Ruskington site, however, please note: if you are an overseas customer and plan to collect directly from us, you will need to pay UK VAT (20%) on collection. Please contact us if you wish to collect your product in person.
