Kit 170, 2.8L 300 Tdi Engine Capacity Upgrade

A kit of parts to increase the 300 Tdi engines capacity to 2785cc from 2495cc.
Based around many of the International HS2.8 internal parts, this kit increases the cubic capacity of the 300Tdi from 2.5 litres to 2.8 litres. This is achieved by increasing the bore and stroke, HS 2.8 – 93mm bore and 102.5mm stroke. ‘300’ Tdi – 90.47mm bore and 97mm stroke.
Full instructions and dimensions for rebore block included.
Performance: The performance figures stated below are achievable with an engine in good condition, a correctly set FIP, a suitable exhaust and aircleaner system.

All above performance figures are a conservative estimate, new rebuilt engines can be tuned to much greater achievements with the correct injection fuelling and induction system.
