A kit of parts to increase the 300 Tdi engines capacity to 2995cc from 2495cc.
Based around many of the International HS2.8 and NG3.0 internal parts, this kit increases the cubic capacity of the 300Tdi from 2.5 litres to 3.0 litres. This is achieved by increasing the bore and stroke, 96mm bore and 102.5mm stroke. ‘300’ Tdi – 90.47mm bore and 97mm stroke.
Full instructions and dimensions for rebore block included.
Performance: The performance figures stated below are achievable with an engine in good condition, a correctly set FIP, a suitable exhaust and aircleaner system.

All above performance figures are a conservative estimate, new rebuilt engines can be tuned to much greater achievements with the correct injection fuelling and induction system.
We offer this kit with or without a complete MWM gasket set for an engine rebuild, and/or the special 2.8L style rear seal. Please select below whether you wish to purchase the gasket and/or the rear seal.
***Reboring the 300Tdi cylinder block to 96mm may break through the blocks material. It is highly recommended that liners are fitted and sealed top and bottom.***
