Kit to adapt 6 speed MT82 Getrag manual transmission (as fitted to 2007-on Puma Defender) to Land Rover V8 engines (3.5/3.9/4.0/4.2/4.6L)

This kit comprises of 3 adaptor plates to adapt the 6 speed gearbox to the V8 cylinder block. A flywheel adaptor, spigot bearing, flywheel and all hardware are supplied in this kit. The flywheel will accept the standard puma clutch as used in the 2007-on Defender Tdci.

The MT82 ratios are:

5.443:1	2.839:1	1.721:1	1.223:1	1:1	0.742:1

Fitting note – When this kit is fitted with a V8 in a Puma Defender instead of the 2.4 or 2.2 Puma engine the V8 engine will sit 24mm further forward compared to a standard Defender V8 installation.

A new Tdci flywheel (part number: LR116372P1).
Kit 237A, a pair of front engine mounting brackets to fit the V8 onto the standard Puma Defender chassis brackets.

Clutch cover spacer (used to utilise the standard Isuzu clutch cover and flywheel with a LR 4 cyl type drive plate)
Engine mounting feet (bolts onto the Isuzu cyl block then allowing the engine to sit onto standard V8 chassis bracket and rubbers)
