- Stay on A1 over roundabout at junction with A151 signed Bourne and Colsterworth
- Just after this roundabout take next RIGHT onto B6403 signed Ancaster and Cranwell
- Continue to roundabout at junction with A52 keep straight on (A52)
- Take 1st turn on LEFT back onto B6403 to Ancaster
- At traffic lights go straight over through Ancaster
- At A17 turn RIGHT towards Sleaford
- Stay on A17 to Holdingham roundabout (Sleaford) **
- Stay on A17 signed Boston / Kings Lynn / Skegness
- TAKE 1st EXIT OFF ONTO A153 signed Horncastle / Skegness /Ruskington / Sleaford
- At bottom of slip road turn LEFT onto A153 to Horncastle / Skegness / Ruskington
- STAY on A153 for just over 1 mile go round the sharp right hand bend with SPEEDWAY CAF¹ on right and B1188 junc on left
- Go over Railway Bridge. You can see a large blue barn to the left
- TAKE THE FIRST TURNING LEFT signed to Ruskington with the blue barn in sight
- Turn right next to the barn into the drive.
